Cancellation Policy
Things happen! I understand. I value my guests time and believe you value mine as well. To best serve every guests I do require that a minimum of a 48 hours notice is given when needing to change, cancel or reschedule any salon service. Please text or dm me asap should you need to make any changes to your appointment.
If your service is changed or canceled within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service total will take place. If the appointment is no showed day of, you will be charged the full price of the appointment scheduled and will not be rebooked until paid. This fee will be processed via the card on file. By deciding to book with me, you agree to these terms.
